Photo Blocks

These things are so cute and fairly easy, if not time consuming, to make :)

Simply purchase any size of unfinished wooden blocks, available at Michael's and collect an assortment of small photos, coordinating scrapbook papers, mod podge and craft glue. I chose to print some cutesy sayings onto some sheets of scrapbook paper. Trace block shape onto photos and papers and cut out. Glue onto the blocks. Sand around the edges and coat with mod podge. And there you have it! :)

It must be party season- I have another party post!

So over the weekend, I organized a benefit garden tea party to raise funds for a friend in need. It was held at the home of a friend of mine who is so generous with her lovely back yard and allowing others to use it :) I had lots of help setting up, tearing down, making and replenishing food and I thoroughly enjoyed planning every little detail. Here's a sneak peek and a bit of inspiration in case you want to plan your own girls night out :)
